Shanghai Residents Stop Maglev Protest. I was mildly amused because nobody can afford to take the Maglev anyway, and supposedly poor planning has caused the maglev to start sinking into Pudong’s swampland. Still, China’s high-tech infrastructural development planning (think Three Gorges Dam) is always… interesting.
